Job summary

Coolray Nashville, part of Wrench Group, is hiring experienced HVAC Service Technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential systems. You’ll be the trusted advisor to homeowners, helping them understand options and improving comfort and energy efficiency.

This role offers hourly pay of $28-$36 plus commission, a weekly 3% equipment turnover bonus, accrued PTO, 8 holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401k matching, and more.

Qualifications

• Previous residential HVAC service and troubleshooting experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
• Perform service and preventative maintenance on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment.
• Document service findings and recommendations clearly.
• Educate customers on system performance and energy efficiency.
• Suggest equipment replacement or system upgrades when appropriate.
• Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and communication.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
• Ensure all work is completed with high quality and professionalism.
• Accurately schedule and complete daily service tasks.

As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
