Coolray Nashville is seeking a skilled Residential Service Plumber to diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems. You will educate homeowners on options and provide an outstanding customer experience while representing a trusted home-services brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of residential plumbing service experience.
• Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing residential plumbing systems.
• Knowledge of residential plumbing codes and industry best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems.
• Perform plumbing inspections and identify system deficiencies.
• Repair and replace fixtures, water lines, drains, sewer components, and related plumbing equipment.

• Maintain accurate service documentation, estimates, invoices, and job records.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in a clean and organized condition.
• Work safely while following all company policies and procedures.
