Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential heating and air conditioning systems.
• Perform comprehensive system evaluations to identify root causes of issues.
• Service and maintain air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, IAQ systems, thermostats, and related HVAC components.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively.
• Present repair options clearly and educate customers on operation and maintenance.
• Document service findings, work performed, and recommendations in company software.

• Promote and explain the benefits of the CoolCare Maintenance Agreement
• Identify opportunities to improve comfort, efficiency, reliability, and indoor air quality
• Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and communication
• Accurately document service findings, completed work, and recommendations using company software platforms
• Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Ensure all work is completed according to local, state, and national codes

Do I have What it Takes?

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC service, maintenance, and repair experience
• Proven experience diagnosing and troubleshooting a wide range of HVAC system issues
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical problem-solving skills

Requirements

• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review
• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor environments
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver HVAC equipment and materials
