TruBlue Home Service Ally is seeking a reliable HVAC technician to join our expanding team in the United States. You will diagnose and repair residential systems, perform basic installations, and communicate clearly with homeowners to ensure satisfaction.

This role offers steady income with upside through commissions on repairs and installations, bonuses for reviews, and a supportive, no-drama work environment. You won’t need to chase your own work as we already have an established customer base.

Qualifikationen

• Residential HVAC experience is required (not master level).
• Must hold EPA Section 608 Certification.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, professional, punctual and able to work independently.

We’re a fast-growing home service company expanding into HVAC and looking for a reliable, customer-friendly HVAC technician to join our team.

This is NOT a high-pressure sales environment. We want someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with homeowners, and wants consistent, steady income with upside.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform basic installs and replacements
• Communicate clearly with customers (huge priority)
• Identify legitimate repair vs replacement situations

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in residential HVAC (does NOT need to be master-level)
• Must have EPA Section 608 Certification
• Strong people skills (this matters more than being ultra-technical)
• Reliable, professional, and shows up on time
• Able to work independently

Pay & Benefits:

• $22–$30/hr base (depending on experience)
