Atlas Trillo Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians. We offer a lucrative hourly rate with commissions and provide a company vehicle, gas card, and tech tools.

Expect year‑round work and paid time off, with extensive training and growth opportunities within a nationwide service platform. Qualified candidates have 3+ years in residential HVAC, EPA certification (or ability to obtain), a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift heavy equipment and access

Qualifications

• 3 years of residential HVAC experience required.
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record
• Must pass background and drug screening
• Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and address the customer's HVAC concerns and present options to customers. Successfully perform all service repairs at a high proficiency level to customer satisfaction.
• Understand and follow proper diagnostic procedures when servicing and repairing equipment
• Acquire necessary tools to perform professional HVAC service
• Completes all required documentation on services, explains guarantees/warranties and collects, records and delivers fees to the officeAttend weekly training meetings
