Job summary

American Residential Services (ARS/Atlas Trillo) is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians in California. You will diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems, present options to customers, and ensure high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• 3 years of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and address customers’ HVAC concerns and present options.
• Perform service repairs to customer satisfaction.
• Follow proper diagnostic procedures when servicing and repairing equipment.
• Acquire necessary tools to perform professional HVAC service.
• Complete all required documentation and explain guarantees/warranties.
• Attend weekly training meetings.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and address the customer’s HVAC concerns and present options to customers
• Successfully perform all service repairs at a high proficiency level to customer’s satisfaction.
• Understand and follow proper diagnostic procedures when servicing and repairing equipment
• Acquire necessary tools to perform professional HVAC service
• Completes all required documentation on services, explains guarantees/warranties and collects, records and delivers fees to the office
• Attend weekly training meetings

What You Need

• 3 years of residential HVAC experience required
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Must pass background and drug screening
• Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment
