Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential systems; evaluate performance, present upgrade options, educate homeowners on energy efficiency, and document work thoroughly. EPA certification required; NATE a plus. Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for the right fit.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Sales-minded mindset and ability to identify upgrade opportunities
• Excellent communication skills with homeowners
• EPA certification is required; NATE certification is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with clean record

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform thorough evaluations to identify efficiency issues and upgrade opportunities
• Present clear, honest recommendations to homeowners on repairs and upgrades
• Educate customers on system performance and energy efficiency
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure reliability and efficiency
• Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC components as needed
• Test electrical circuits and document all work performed
• Maintain safety and quality standards on every call
• Collaborate with sales and leadership for smooth handoffs
