Role Description The HVAC Sales/Service Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Ocala, FL. This team member is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems, including performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting system issues, and completing accurate service documentation. The role includes conducting on-site assessments, explaining findings to customers, recommending repair or replacement options, and presenting sales proposals for new equipment or upgrades. The technician will respond to scheduled appointments and service calls, ensure work areas are clean and safe, and follow all safety, code, and company standards. This position also requires collaborating with dispatch and office staff, maintaining company tools and vehicles, and consistently delivering professional, courteous service.
