Job summary

Elmer's Home Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, maintain, and service residential and light commercial HVAC systems while delivering an outstanding customer experience on every call.

The role requires 3–5 years of air conditioning experience, daily travel to customer sites, and strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance. You will inspect systems, perform maintenance, renew contracts, and work to grow service sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• One-year related experience in the HVAC industry.
• 3-5 years air conditioning experience required.
• Able to travel daily to homes and businesses.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, maintain and service HVAC systems.
• Travel daily to customer locations.
• Provide excellent customer service and upsell maintenance contracts.
• Inspect systems for efficiency and safety.
