Job summary

Interstate Heating and Air is a family-owned HVAC company seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician who can also assist with residential new construction installations when needed. The role offers generous weekly pay, guaranteed 40 hours, and a company service vehicle.

Compensation ranges from $30.00 to $33.00 per hour based on experience. Benefits include health, dental & vision insurance, PTO, retirement plan, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• HVAC service experience required.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Organized and dependable.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions.
• EPA Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Assist with residential new construction HVAC installations as needed.
• Install equipment, ductwork, vents, and related components.
• Maintain accurate service documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional appearance.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
