Job summary

DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Technician for residential systems. The role offers top pay, stability, and a clear path toward leadership, with full benefits and ongoing training opportunities.

Installations include furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork. You will work with the Lead Installer to ensure timely, safe completion and maintain a professional job site and appearance.

Qualifications

• Residential HVAC installation experience required.
• EPA certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, ductwork).
• Coordinate with Lead Installer to ensure timely completion of the job.
• Follow proper installation and safety procedures.
• Maintain clean, professional job sites and appearance.
• Work as part of a team that supports each other.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, ductwork)
• Communicate with Lead Installer throughout each project in order to assure proper, prompt completion of the job.
• Follow proper installation and safety procedures
• Maintain clean, professional job sites
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Work as part of a team that supports each other
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Residential HVAC installation experience required.
• Must have a good working knowledge of products and services being offered. This may require additional study and training both on and off site.
• EPA certification required
