DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company seeks skilled HVAC Installation Technicians for year-round residential installations. You will install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork, coordinating with the Lead Installer to ensure timely completion. Professional conduct and neat job sites are expected.

The role requires EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, and a background check. Compensation ranges hourly with full benefits and training opportunities available.

Job Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, ductwork)
• Communicate with Lead Installer throughout each project in order to assure proper, prompt completion of the job.
• Follow proper installation and safety procedures
• Maintain clean, professional job sites
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Work as part of a team that supports each other
• Other duties as assigned
