Job summary

The Service Technician at Arise Equity Management supports the Lead Service Technician in preserving the community’s physical integrity and ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for residents and staff. • Completes the MAKE READY PLANNING & PUNCHLIST prior to commencing work in a make ready by using the right-hand method
• Obtains approval of the MAKE READY PLANNING & PUNCHLIST prior to commencing work
• Utilizes the MAKE READY PLANNING & PUNCHLIST during the make ready by initializing completed scopes
• Completes independent quality reviews for the MAKE READY PLANNING & PUNCHLIST
• Complies with Company’s MAKE READY STANDARDS

Job description

The Service Technician is to assist the Lead Service Technician in maintaining the physical integrity of the community. This involves ensuring a safe, secure and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. The Maintenance Technician will carry out assigned duties in a safe manner and other duties as requested by the Community Manager .

Key Performance Indicators

A successful Service Technician will routinely achieve the following performance metrics:

Maintenance expenses within the Community’s Maintenance Budget

Work Order completion within 3 days of submission

Make Ready completion within 5 days of moveout

Monthly completion of Hug-a-Building and Preventative Maintenance Work Orders
