Perform electrical and mechanical inspection, start-up and controls programming on state of the art, specialized, complex HVAC equipment.

We’re looking for someone with a solid, hands‑on foundation in commercial HVAC, mechanical, controls, and site‑built systems. Who is proficient in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems, including high/low voltage circuits, control sequences, airflow, refrigeration circuits, and various hydronic systems. Computer skills are essential.
Based in Denver, with regular local fieldwork.
After onboarding and training: regular travel; trips range from short site visits to multi-week assignments; travel is predicted (not guaranteed) to average up to ~2 weeks/month and varies both by season and by project load.
Important note: travel timelines and destinations can shift with very short notice as needs can arise unpredictably.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to operate computer keyboard and reach with hands. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is continually required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. The employee must be able to climb ladders, while carrying a 40‑50 lb backpack of tools. The employee will be required to be in the elements for long durations of time year‑round, including working on a building roof during the summer heat and winter cold and snow. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

If you are constantly recognized for hard work and going above and beyond, we want you on our team and will compensate you over industry averages. Pay range is $25.00 – $40.00 per hour plus bonuses for hard workers. Eligible out‑of‑town assignments receive additional compensation.
