Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial systems. You will communicate with customers, assess problems, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include on-site service calls, system diagnostics, and promoting product upgrades while representing the company professionally. A valid license and EPA certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree/Certification in HVAC or related field or equivalent experience; solid understanding of HVAC systems.
• 2 to 5 years' experience in HVAC with technical training certification required.
• EPA and safety certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and/or light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems in a courteous, professional manner.
• Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics to identify potential problems.
• Complete routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote products and services to customers.
