Position: HVAC Service Technician II or III

Job Responsibilities

1. Diagnose and repair heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and food service equipment
2. Perform maintenance, install new units, and replace parts for units 15 tons+
3. Manage larger preventative maintenance contracts
4. Service and troubleshoot mini-splits and RTUs
5. Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
6. Maintain preventative maintenance schedules
7. Deliver excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
• Active EPA Certification
• 5-8+ years of HVAC experience
• OSHA 10 Certification
• Manufacturer Certifications preferred
• Flexible hours and on-call availability
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills

Behavioral and Physical Skills

Ability to read and communicate effectively, perform mathematical calculations, apply common sense for problem-solving, and handle physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in various physical positions.

Additional Information
