Job summary

Service Experts is seeking a full-time HVAC Technician to diagnose and service residential and light commercial equipment in Beavercreek, OH. You will communicate with customers, promote services, and work under supervision to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include diagnosing heating/AC systems, performing maintenance, handling parts delivery, and documenting work. EPA/safety certifications and valid licensing are required.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years HVAC experience with technical training certification
• EPA and safety certifications required
• Must have valid licensing/certification as required by law

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and/or light commercial service and maintenance calls under supervision
• Diagnose and resolve customer problems in a courteous, timely manner
• Diagnose and service heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment
• Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics to prevent breakdowns or callbacks
• Handle parts and equipment delivery/removal to complete service work
• Record job data on handheld device and collect payment when applicable
• Maintain communication with dispatch and ensure accurate status reports
• Promote products and services to customers and generate replacement sales leads
• Ensure company vehicles, tools, and property are maintained and stocked
• Represent the company professionally and adhere to procedures
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance
