Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Service Technician II in Beavercreek, OH to diagnose and service residential and light commercial HVAC equipment. You will communicate with customers, resolve issues, and promote services while performing maintenance and parts delivery with accuracy.

The role requires 2+ years HVAC experience, EPA/safety certifications, and the ability to read wiring diagrams. A valid driver's license and physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; EPA and safety certifications required.
• Must possess all valid licensing or certification as required by local laws for the area.
• HVAC experience: 2+ years with technical training.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, and duct systems.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in various environments.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Communicates with customers to answer questions and resolve issues.
• Diagnoses and services heating, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration equipment and accessories.
• Inspects equipment and performs diagnostics to prevent breakdowns.
• Completes maintenance, delivers/removes parts, and records information on a handheld device.
