Job summary

Service Experts is seeking an HVAC Technician to perform diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial HVAC systems. You will communicate with customers, resolve issues, and promote services while under general supervision.

Responsibilities include diagnosing systems, performing maintenance, handling parts, and documenting work. A high school diploma or GED and 2+ years HVAC experience with EPA certification are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in HVAC with technical training certification required.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Must possess valid licensure or certification as required by laws for the geographical work area.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and/or light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems promptly and professionally.
• Diagnose and repair heating, cooling, ventilation, and related equipment and accessories.
