Job summary

Service Experts seeks a qualified HVAC Service Technician II to perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance under general supervision. You will analyze problems, diagnose HVAC equipment, and complete routine tasks with precision, while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining company standards.

The role requires 2+ years in HVAC, EPA/safety certifications, and a valid driver’s license, with the ability to work flexible hours and travel to service calls as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional training and 2+ years' experience in HVAC with technical training certification required.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Must possess all valid licensing or certification as required by local laws for the work area.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and/or light commercial service and maintenance calls under general supervision.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems in a courteous, professional, timely, and accurate manner.
• Diagnose and service heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories.
• Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics to prevent breakdowns or callbacks.
• Complete routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as needed.
• Deliver parts and equipment required to complete service work.
