The role requires EPA and safety certifications, 2+ years of experience, and a valid driver’s license. You’ll work under supervision with on-call shifts and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' HVAC experience with technical training required.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical/refrigeration systems.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Communicate with customers to answer questions and resolve issues.
• Promote products and services to customers.
• Record call data and complete paperwork accurately.
• Maintain company property and stock; on-call shifts as needed.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Work under supervision of Field Supervisor or General Manager.
