Service Experts Heating & AC LLC is seeking a skilled HVAC technician for on-site residential and light commercial service in the West Chester, PA area. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems while delivering superior customer service.

The role requires EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, and 1–2+ years of HVAC experience. You will work under supervision, participate in training, and have opportunities for advancement within a robust

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 1–2+ years of experience.
• EPA and safety certifications are required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed.
• Skilled at reading wiring diagrams and troubleshooting electrical, refrigerant, and duct systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, diagnose and service residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Communicate with customers to answer questions and resolve issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and diagnostics on heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
• Inspect equipment and identify potential problems to prevent breakdowns or callbacks.
• Record service details on a handheld device and complete forms accurately.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction.
