Job summary

Service Experts is seeking a skilled HVAC technician to perform diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial systems. You will communicate with customers, promote services, and support a high level of satisfaction while working under supervision.

Location details include West Chester, PA, with opportunities for advancement and comprehensive benefits. A valid driver's license and EPA/safety certifications are required; 0–2+ years of HVAC experience is typical for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training.
• EPA and safety certifications as required by local laws.
• Experience servicing heating, cooling, ventilation and related equipment.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical/refrigerant systems.
• Good communication, time management, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial HVAC service and maintenance calls.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues professionally and promptly.
• Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics to prevent breakdowns or callbacks.
• Deliver parts and equipment as needed for service work.
• Maintain accurate records via handheld device and complete paperwork neatly.
