Service Experts LLC is seeking an HVAC Service Technician I to diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems in West Chester, PA. You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure customer satisfaction while promoting company products and services.

The role requires a high school diploma/GED, EPA and safety certifications, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment and accessories.
• Communicates with customers to answer questions, resolve problems, and ensure satisfaction.
• Diagnoses and repairs heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and related accessories.
• Inspects equipment and performs diagnostics to prevent breakdowns or callbacks.
• Completes routine maintenance and handles parts delivery and paperwork accurately.
• Promotes products and services to customers and reports replacement leads to Sales/Service Coordinator.
