Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Electric is seeking experienced HVAC technicians to service residential and commercial systems across Chicagoland and NW Indiana. The role emphasizes self-motivation, safety, and delivering quality repairs with a service vehicle you can take home.

Qualifications

• HVAC Trade School completed.
• EPA Certification (Type I, II, or Universal) required.
• Acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Must be available to work long hours, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
• Excellent problem solving and sales/estimating skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform Clean and Checks.
• Be a resident expert on all equipment (Residential, Commercial, Boilers, Larger Units).
• Learn new equipment and repairs not seen before.
• Perform work safely and accurately.
• Sell and estimate to offer customers value and added services.
• Maintain a minimal callback rate on service calls.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
