Job summary
Rodenhiser Home Services Inc. is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems, guiding customers to informed, confident buying decisions.
You will complete residential service calls, establish customer rapport, troubleshoot issues, educate on financing and maintenance plans, mentor apprentices, and maintain an organized, safe job site.

Qualifications
- EPA universal certification is required.
- Valid driver’s license and clean record.
- At least one state HVAC license or certification.
Responsibilities
- Complete HVAC residential service calls within area of expertise.
- Establish customer rapport to instill confidence in the team.
- Ask lifestyle questions to troubleshoot system malfunctions.
- Educate and assist customers in financing and maintenance plans.
- Complete follow up calls for HVAC Service & Install departments.
- Train and mentor HVAC apprentices to ensure quality repairs.
- Explain replacement opportunities for aging systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and inventory.
