Job summary

A/D Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to diagnose, service, and repair residential and light-commercial systems in Los Angeles and surrounding areas. You’ll troubleshoot a wide range of equipment and communicate repair options clearly to homeowners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC service and repair experience preferred.
• EPA Section 608 Certification preferred/required as applicable to job duties.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field and communicate effectively with dispatch.
• Valid driver's license and driving record suitable for company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, maintain, and repair residential and light-commercial HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot heating and cooling equipment including split-systems, heat pumps, furnaces.
• Educate customers on maintenance agreements and financing options when appropriate.
• Prepare repair recommendations and estimates using ServiceTitan.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism, honesty, and integrity.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked company vehicle.
