Job summary

A/D Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. is seeking HVAC Service Technicians in Southern California to diagnose, repair and maintain residential HVAC systems. Join a growing team and leverage ServiceTitan to present options and grow earnings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HVAC service/repair experience preferred.
• EPA Section 608 certification preferred/required as applicable.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Strong work ethic and personal accountability.
• ServiceTitan experience is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow and mechanical issues.
• Service air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, package units, mini-splits and controls.
• Perform maintenance and system tune-ups.
• Provide customers with repair options and recommendations.
• Identify legitimate system replacement and upgrade opportunities.
• Present repair estimates and options using ServiceTitan.
• Educate customers about memberships, IAQ products and financing.
• Maintain accurate invoices, photos, equipment information and job notes.
• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle.
