Job summary

A/D Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician in the Los Angeles area.

You will diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential and light-commercial systems, while communicating clearly with homeowners and documenting work in ServiceTitan. Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC service and repair experience preferred.
• EPA Section 608 Certification preferred/required as applicable to job duties.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Must have appropriate personal hand tools for the position.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, maintain, and repair residential and light-commercial HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot heating and cooling equipment including split-system A/C, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, and ductless systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups.
• Prepare and present repair recommendations and estimates using ServiceTitan.
• Educate customers on maintenance, upgrades, financing options, and service agreements.
• Document service calls, invoices, photos, notes, and equipment information accurately.
• Follow safety requirements and company procedures; participate in after-hours/weekend coverage as needed.
