Earn $75,000–$125,000+ annually (base + bonuses) with a company vehicle, tools, and comprehensive benefits including health, telehealth, 401k, life insurance, and generous PTO.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Have basic HVAC tools in possession.

Aufgaben

• Perform residential service, maintenance, tune-ups, inspections, and repairs.
• Diagnose HVAC system issues and recommend solutions.
• Complete service calls safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and internal teams.
• Accurately complete service invoices and job documentation (100% accuracy).
• Close out jobs promptly after completion.
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle.
• Use ServiceTitan to manage work orders and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training to sharpen skills and grow career.
