Job summary

Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical in Nashville, TN is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to perform thorough inspections, repairs, and installations for residential customers. You will coordinate parts orders, assist dispatch, and communicate clearly with customers to resolve questions and problems.

Ideal candidates have EPA certification, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• EPA Certified.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• NATE Certification preferred.
• HVAC certification or Diploma preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform a thorough and accurate HVAC inspection.
• Perform all HVAC repairs and replacements to applicable codes.
• Facilitate order for all parts required for appointments; ensure preparedness.
• Submit purchase orders to dispatch or designated purchasing team.
• Effectively communicate with the customer regarding questions and problems.
• Train, coach and mentor apprentices.
• Maintain a courteous demeanor with customers and associates.
