Job summary

Swan Loveland is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician for our Loveland, CO office. You will diagnose system issues, prepare estimates, and perform field repairs with a focus on safety and quality.

We value strong customer relations, basic math skills, and a results-driven mindset. EPA Type 2 is required; EPA Universal is preferred. NATE is a plus. We offer company cell phone, life insurance, paid vacation and holidays.

Qualifications

• HVAC technician with 2+ years of field experience.
• EPA Universal preferred; EPA Type 2 required.
• NATE certification is a plus but not required.
• Residential service and sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer relations and communication.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose system issues and recommend repair solutions.
• Prepare cost estimates and present recommendations to customers.
• Perform diagnostic troubleshooting and plan work procedures.
• Document services and recommendations using company forms.
• Adhere to safety policies and quality standards on all tasks.
• Manage truck inventory and ensure tools are available.
• Participate in ongoing training and development meetings.
