Fort Collins Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of HVAC systems. You will lead by example, communicate clearly with customers, and mentor junior techs.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on HVAC experience and EPA Type II certification, with a valid driver's license. A/NATE certification is a plus, and we offer a strong benefits package and local work.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on HVAC experience.
• EPA Type II Certification is required.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Leadership mindset and strong work ethic.
• NATE certification or trade-school training is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, repair, and perform maintenance on a range of HVAC systems.
• Lead by example and communicate clearly with customers.
• Mentor junior technicians and share knowledge.
• Commissioning and startup of newly installed systems.
• Provide high-quality service and maintain a positive customer experience.
