Qualifications

• 2+ years HVAC technician experience; residential sales and service experience preferred.
• Excellent customer relations and ability to set clear expectations.
• Good math skills and analytical, results-driven approach.
• EPA Type 2 certification required; EPA Universal preferred; NATE a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose HVAC system issues and propose effective repair solutions.
• Prepare cost estimates and provide customer recommendations.
• Perform diagnostic troubleshooting and plan work procedures.
• Document services and recommendations using company records.
• Ensure all tasks meet safety policies and quality standards.
• Manage truck inventory and ensure tools are available for each job.
• Attend ongoing training and development meetings.
