Qualifications

• Must have a valid Maryland driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Five to seven years of HVAC service experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans and manuals.
• Must be able to pass a drug test as required.
• Able to lift over 50 pounds and work at various heights.
• Proficient with computers and handheld devices.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC electronic, mechanical and electrical components.
• Travel to job sites and coordinate with Dispatcher to maintain schedule.
• Complete Work Order information accurately using Tough Pad.
• Work nights, weekends, holidays on a rotating schedule when requested.
• Maintain company vehicles and complete routine maintenance and inspections.
• Report mechanical issues to supervisor and keep accurate mileage and inventory logs.
• Document customer information and obtain signatures; present invoices at job completion.
