Job summary

AC&T Co. Inc. in Maryland is seeking an HVACR Technician / Installer to service and install heating and cooling systems, and perform annual tune ups. The role requires readiness to work various shifts, with overtime and weekend hours as needed.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, and 3–5 years of industry experience; journeyman's license is desirable and may be obtained after hire. Strong customer service, safety awareness, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; journeyman’s license desirable to obtain after hire.
• 3-5 years of HVACR experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, perform basic math, and use mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Perform service calls for HVACR equipment and installations.
• Install equipment and tanks and perform maintenance/efficiency tune ups.
• Generate billable revenue within a flat-rate environment.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Coordinate with Service Dispatch and from home when dispatched.
