Qualifications for a Commercial HVAC Service Technician

• 6+ years of HVAC service experience (Commercial)
• Proficiency with wiring diagrams, schematics, and basic refrigeration knowledge
• EPA universal certification or willingness to obtain it within the first 90 days of employment
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, work at heights over 8 ft, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Availability to work overtime, weekends, flexible start/end times, and participate in an on-call rotation
• Basic hand tools and a tool bag
