Job summary

Watkins Heating & Cooling is seeking an entry-level HVAC Service Technician (Tune-Up Tech) in Dayton, OH. You will perform residential tune-ups, maintenance, and basic repairs while learning the trade and growing with a supportive team.

You'll work with senior technicians, document findings, and communicate clearly with homeowners. Training, tool provisioning, and a clear career path are provided by Watkins.

Qualifications

• Entry-level HVAC position with paid training.
• Basic mechanical ability or experience with hand tools is preferred.
• Willing to learn and grow with Watkins Heating & Cooling.
• Must be able to pass a background/drug screen and maintain a clean driving record.
