Job summary

Jay's Heating, Air & Plumbing is offering an entry-level HVAC opportunity in Mount Airy, NC. You will learn hands-on while supporting seasoned technicians, diagnosing and servicing HVAC systems, and assisting with maintenance and basic installations.

You'll gain practical skills, safety training, and customer-service experience, with a clear path to advance toward a full Service Technician role as you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with insurable record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; hands-on experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented.
• Good communication and customer service mindset.
• Comfortable working in different weather conditions.
