C&C Myers Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial systems in Wando, South Carolina. You'll work with a hands-on team and receive ongoing training, the latest tools, and clear paths for advancement.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience, EPA Universal or Type II certification (NATE a plus), a valid U.S. driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• EPA Universal or EPA Type II certification; NATE certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of local HVAC codes and safe practices.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Pre-employment background check and drug test may be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Clean, adjust and repair HVAC systems including air handling units, duct work, vents.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and OSHA.
• Track repairs in Service Titan.
• Inform customers of issues, solutions, and outcomes; recommend services.

What You’ll Do:

• Clean, adjust and repair HVAC systems – air handling units, duct work, vents, condensation drainage.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan.
• Engage with customer/client to inform them of issues, solution and outcome; recommend products and services for optimal system performance.

What You Need:

• Must have 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
• Must have EPA Universal or EPA Type II certification. NATE certification is a plus!
• Must know local HVAC codes and be able to apply them in a practical manner on each job.
• Must have, and maintain, a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• C&C Myers may conduct a pre‑employment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law.
