Watkins Heating & Cooling in Dayton, OH is looking for HVAC service professionals to join a team that values quality home comfort.

You’ll run residential service calls, diagnose and repair HVAC systems, and explain issues in plain English while coordinating with dispatch and parts.

We offer a hybrid schedule, uncapped earning potential with commissions and bonuses, EPA Type II or Universal certs, and a supportive, family‑oriented work culture.

Qualifications

• HVAC service experience 2+ years required.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification required.
• Clean driving record and pass background/drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Run residential service calls (occasional light commercial).
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.
• Explain issues to homeowners in plain English.
• Team up with dispatch & parts so you’re never stranded on a job.

• Have 2+years of HVAC service experience (or solid install background)
• Hold an EPA TypeII or Universal cert.
• Nate preferred but not required.

• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Eager to learn and grow in the HVAC industry.
