Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC service experience.
• Residential service experience required.
• Experience with RTU service and maintenance preferred.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Proven ability to diagnose issues and recommend repair or replacement.
• Low voltage license or willingness to obtain within 2 years of employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Completion of HVAC technical school program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostics, service, and repair on residential and some light commercial heating and air conditioning systems.
• Provide annual routine maintenance.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Consult with customers regarding repair, upgrades, and replacement options.
• Communicate with clients on annual maintenance program and indoor air quality products.
