Commercial HVAC Technician

My client is a well-respected mechanical contractor seeking experienced HVAC technicians with a background in Commercial and Industrial projects. This role offers opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:

1. Installation & Setup: Install HVAC systems, ductwork, and controls in commercial buildings, ensuring proper connections and functionality.
2. Maintenance & Upkeep: Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and lubricating components to maintain system efficiency.
3. Diagnosis & Repair: Troubleshoot malfunctions, identify root causes, and execute repairs to restore system operation.
4. Inspection & Safety: Conduct tests and inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
5. Customer & Documentation: Communicate with building managers regarding system issues, provide recommendations, and keep detailed service records.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician, preferably in a commercial setting.
