Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) is an entry-level HVAC technician role supporting installation, maintenance and service for commercial customers. The role emphasizes safety, technical problem solving, and team collaboration to ensure customer satisfaction.

As part of Lennox NAS, you will receive ongoing training, a company vehicle after training, and comprehensive benefits including 401(k) matching and health coverage. Willingness to travel and relocate as training progresses is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• HVAC Trade school graduate strongly preferred with good attendance.
• 1+ years in mechanical support role; hands-on HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Certification Type I & II or Universal preferred.
• NATE certification a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site preventive maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Use technical abilities to maintain HVAC systems.
• Work in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Operate safely and follow all safety measures.
• Perform other duties as assigned; weekends/overtime may be required.
