Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) is hiring entry-level HVAC technicians to support installation, maintenance and service for commercial customers. You will be trained to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot systems and ensure reliable operation in a team-driven environment.

This role offers overtime opportunities, a company vehicle after graduation from leveling class, and nationwide training with benefits and growth potential within Lennox NAS and Lennox International.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; HVAC trade school preferred.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal certification highly regarded.
• NATE certification a plus for advanced service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Maintains and diagnoses HVAC systems for commercial customers.
• Works in a team-based environment to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to relocate after training; overtime and weekend work may be required.
