Job summary

Keefe’s A/C, Heating, Electrical, Generator, and Plumbing is growing and seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician for year-round, full-time work in Southeast Louisiana. You will diagnose and repair HVAC systems, educate customers, and maintain truck inventory while delivering excellent service.

A valid driver’s license and EPA certification are required, with take-home truck and company benefits included.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience required.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid Driver’s License and eligibility for company auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems and educate customers on available options.
• Maintain a clean driving record and a professional appearance.
• Keep truck clean and inventory up to date; manage paperwork efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, manager, and coordinators.
• Be punctual for first calls and weekly service meetings.
• Participate in continuing training to grow in HVAC careers.
• Support year-round, full-time stability with a 5-day work week.

Your Role in Our Growing Team:

As a HVAC technician, you will diagnose and repair HVAC systems, or educate customers on the options available to them, while delivering extraordinary customer experience.

What Success Looks Like:

• Use your experience to educate our customers on their HVAC systems and offer solutions.
• Participate in continuing training to grow as a professional in HVAC careers.
• Maintain a clean driving record.
• Keep your truck clean and inventory up to date.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, your manager, and coordinators.
• Properly complete paperwork.
• Be punctual for first calls and weekly service meetings.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.

You Bring to the Team:

• 3+ Years of HVAC Service experience. Ideal for experienced pros who are looking for year-round stability
• Valid Driver’s License and qualify to be covered by company auto insurance. We offer take home trucks so you can dispatch them from home.
• EPA Certification.
