Job summary

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• HVAC or related technical experience is required.
• 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and insurable record.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Educate customers on solutions and improvements.
• Generate opportunities (TGLs) for the sales team.
• Deliver a professional, high-quality service experience.
• Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, and light service work.
• Build rapport and trust with customers on every visit.
