Job summary

Dave’s World is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems in Windham, ME. You will perform tune-ups, troubleshoot complex issues, and clearly explain repair options to homeowners.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in residential HVAC, EPA 608 certification, and strong diagnostic skills. A valid driver's license and experience with ServiceTitan or similar software are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience required.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability required.
• EPA 608 certification required.
• Experience with furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, and AC systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical and low-voltage troubleshooting is a plus.
• Excellent customer communication and ability to present options.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, airflow, refrigerant, and control issues.
• Service furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, central AC systems, and air handlers.

• Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
