Job summary

Dave Jones, LLC is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, service, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems. You will work independently and with a team to deliver reliable comfort and energy efficiency for our clients.

The role requires a valid HVAC certification, a high school diploma, 3+ years of hands-on experience, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and the physical ability to lift 50 lbs. A company vehicle and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HVAC service and repair.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and repairs.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
• Lift above 50lbs regularly.
• Walking, Lifting, Twisting, Climbing Ladders, and other physical requirements consistently for 90% of your day.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic tests on HVAC equipment to identify operational issues.
• Conduct repairs, routine maintenance, and installations on heating and cooling systems.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their HVAC systems and service progress.
• Maintain accurate records of service and repairs completed.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be the face of our company and have a significant impact on our customers' experiences. Your expertise in diagnosing, servicing, and repairing HVAC systems will ensure that residential and commercial clients enjoy optimal comfort and efficiency. You will work independently and with a team, handling various service requests while upholding our commitment to excellence.

COMPENSATION:

• Hourly wage is set between $34.00 and $46.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
• On-Call Pay Incentives

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

SCHEDULE:

• Monday through Friday
• On-call availability for emergency service calls
