NorthStar Hiring Partners is seeking a dependable HVAC Service Technician to join our Middle Georgia team serving residential and light commercial customers in Macon, Warner Robins, Perry and surrounding areas.

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, perform preventive maintenance, and communicate clearly with customers. EPA 608 certification and a valid driver's license are required, with opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years HVAC experience preferred; candidates with relevant training will be considered.
• Working knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems.
• Basic understanding of electrical components, refrigerant systems, and HVAC troubleshooting.
• EPA Section 608 certification, or ability to obtain it before handling regulated refrigerants.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record for company vehicle operation.
• Ability to work independently, manage service calls, and communicate effectively with customers.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with HVAC service work.

• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with HVAC service work, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred:

• HVAC trade school certification or apprenticeship experience.
• Experience servicing heat pumps, split systems, package units, and light commercial equipment.
• Familiarity with HVAC diagnostic tools and electrical testing equipment.
• NATE certification.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and customer-facing service calls.

Compensation

$19.00–$28.00 per hour, depending on experience, technical knowledge, certifications, and demonstrated skills.
